| The Farm has a magnificent view of the sea and
is picturesquely situated on a hill at an altitude of 120m.
The view from the house includes the islands of Elba, Gorgona, Capraia and on clear days, you can even see Corsica. The sea is 6 kms far as the crow flies and about 9 kms by car or bike.

 Casale
Marittimo, in the province of Pisa, is one of the most
suggestive medieval villages in this zone, set in the hills along the
Etruscan Coast. Nearby archaeological excavations have brought to light important
Etruscan finds. Furthermore, Casale M.mo has been awarded with the Orange
flag, which is a special recognition of the high quality of its
environment.

 The room |
The apartment
called La loggia is on the first floor of the house, the
rest of which is owner-occupied. It has a separate and independent
entrance staircase leading to a wide scenic loggia furnished as a summer
living room. Entering the apartment you are immediately in a comfortable and
bright sitting room with fireplace, kitchen and double-bed couch. You have
a view of the Tuscan hills on three sides of the sitting room. There are two bedrooms: a
large double with two windows overlooking the sea and the nearby woods and
a smaller one with two single beds that can be joined together to form a
double bed. Therefore the apartment has sleeping accommodation for six

| The owners,
Luciana and Ezio, are respectively a teacher and an advertising man. Eight
years ago they decided to leave Milan and live in the country, where they
produce high quality extra virgin olive oil. They have a 27-year-old daughter and a 24-year-old son. English and French are spoken. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Bike excursions The surrounding area is ideal for biking (you can bring
your own bike or hire one on the spot.) There are many scenic
routes through the hills, among the vineyards and the olive groves and
through the charming historic villages.
